My educational journey started at San Jose State University, where I completed my bachelor's in Business Management Information Systems. The Management Information Systems core is comprised of coursework in Systems analysis & design, Database management, Networks, and Programming fundamentals, along with a hands-on practicum in Project management with a real-world sponsor and a capstone course in MIS strategy.

Some examples of courses I took while at San Jose State include Big Data, Quantitative Business Analysis, Strategic Management, Web-Based Computing, Management and Organizational Behavior, Database Management Systems, and Business Programming. In these courses, I learned many useful skills related to project management.

While attending San Jose State University, I was also very active in many clubs on campus. The two clubs that occupied most of my time on campus were our intramural rugby team and the Management Information Systems Association. In the MIS Association, I was active in our on-campus hackathons and a part of the executive board.
